Voting Rights

• Members with two years or more of membership are entitled to attend and vote.

• Members with less than two years’ membership are welcome to attend but do not have voting rights.

Purpose of the AGM

• An opportunity for the committee and members to come together, share updates, and address questions.

• A chance to nominate charities for fundraising throughout the year.

Bar Service

• The bar will be open before the meeting, closed during proceedings, and reopened during intervals for refreshments.

Committee Nominations

• Committee members who have served two years may stand for re-election if they wish to continue in their role.
